How does this website work?

Hop in the shop and browse the pins. Make sure to look carefully at photos and descriptions of pins to ensure you are happy with what you'll be receiving. Click add to basket or buy now. Add postage at the checkout or collect in store for free at Pixie Dust Pins.

Question 3

How do I know which postage to choose?

Accepted Answer

Postage is always through Royal Mail tracked but it is up to you whether you choose tracked only, or tracked and signed. Please note if you choose tracked and signed, you will need to sign for your package or rearrange delivery if you miss delivery.

If you are a member - please pay for one amount of postage per month using your membership name and number with your address to qualify for monthly postage. Your items will be combined and posted at the end of every month.

Can I return a product?

We put very clear photos on the website to help with this. Please only purchase if you are sure as we only offer returns for faulty items. If you do return the product/s, you will be required to pay the postage and post through a tracked service such as Royal Mail, and you will only be refunded once we have received the item/s in the same condition in which they were before we posted.

How do pin trading bundles work?

If you would like to purchase one of our PIN TRADING BUNDLES, please note we do not offer returns on these items. We hand select pins that are of the value you have chosen or over and can send a photo prior to postage if required. The value is determined by what we ourselves would sell the pin for on our website. This is a mystery bundle that we will photograph before posting but as these pins are intended for trade, please only purchase if you are happy with a mix of characters.

PARIS pin trading bundles will not include Loungefly pins as these are not tradable with cast members at Disneyland Paris.

AMERICA pin trading bundles will include Loungefly pins as these are tradable in the parks.

If you would like a CHARACTER BUNDLE, so a mystery pin bundle you'd like to keep of a particular character e.g. Beauty and the Beast, Brave, Toy Story, etc., please contact us through our email hello@pixiedustpins.com to arrange a private listing.

I'm having issues with my order - what do I do?

If you are having issues, please email hello@pixiedustpin.com with your order number, name and issue. We shall deal with this as soon as we can, but please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

Please note - we attend pin trading events around the UK. Response times may be slower during these periods and bank holidays. It will be updated on the website when we are likely to have a slower response time.
